Clement's Retreat on the North Norfolk Coast

Nice modern, clean cottage. Provided items some as hand soap and washing up liquid which was really good and had a decent hairdryer.

No dishwasher, but only a minor thing and not a huge issue washing up by hand.

Clean and well-equipped with thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, and condiments left in the cupboards and a box of toys and books to read. Very comfortable

Outside not very clean, cobwebs around doors (outside not inside) and a musty smell inside as houses that aren’t occupied all year round often do.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had so much more room than just a hotel room for the same price. The kitchen was small but had everything you would need. The host even left a welcome pack, which was a wonderful touch. We stayed here as a family of 4 and found it just right. Maybe I should mention that we are used to living in a small house so this was a home from home but without the clutter of our house 😆

Lovely little house clean and comfortable, and everything you could need. A great walk to the beach! Cromer town is beautiful

The house itself was a good little house, not far from Cromer town centre and Overstrand, with off road parking and a small garden. Towels and bedlinen provided. Welcome pack provided which was a nice touch

It felt rather spartan inside. There was only 1 hanging rail in the double room. Where do you hang clothes in the twin room?? The hot water was MUCH too hot and likely to scald, especially with the powerful water pressure. Families with young children should be warned!! A bathmat would be useful as the bath was very slippery.

Amazing stay clean and tidy. a fantastic location very clean inside with a nice welcoming pack the surrounding area quite and again clean if I was to critisise I would have to struggle to find someone wrong.

If anything maybe the outside woodwork wants wiping due to cobswebs but this is such a minor comment it shouldn't put any one off as I would highly recommend and will be going again.p
