Lovely cottage, great facilities, a very relaxing environment. The owner is really lovely, sending info and replying to messages immediately.

Maybe a bed frame that doesn't creek. The sofas might be tricky for people with mobility issues to get up.

It was beautiful inside and out.

Perfect little touches, bottle of Prosecco, lemonade, chocolates. Even bought our own washing liquid etc but everything we needed was there. Very homely

Lovely spacious bungalow with everything you needed .

It could do with a tidy up in the garden.

Comfortable bungalow with all essential facilities provided. About 20 mins walk from the pier.

The property was spacious with private parking. The host left a welcome pack - milk, lemonade, bottled water and chocolates.

The property was run down - The front and rear gardens were full of weeds and the outside furniture needed a good clean. The decoration and equipment needed an update. The TV constantly lost signal. The bedding and towels although clean were of poor quality and felt worn. The place felt cluttered and like someone's home not a letting property. To summarise TLC very much needed to make the property desirable.

The bungalow has tremendous potential, we liked the open plan kitchen/Diner/lounge. The parking space was fine. We liked the friendly welcome pack of water, grapes and chocolates and prosecco, thankyou.

TLC is the keyword here. The back garden was full of weeds and dead flowers, as was the front. What was once a lovely area has been totally neglected, I would not expect the BBQ to be functional (as reported before). The bungalow needs redecoration, a thorough clean, lots of cobwebs and dust. The inner doors/handles are extremely basic. The bed was very low, uncomfortable, as were the pillows, the sheets were like towelling, in the spare room the bed was far too soft! The TV and VDR were not working due to the weather! The shower was adequate but again like the radio, almost museum pieces. Needs updating and then I would gladly have paid more, speculate to accumulate Ken! P.S. We left early. Previous occupants have listed the same failings, whoever left "Superb" in the reviews must be a close friend indeed!!!

The cottage was lovely.We really enjoyed our stay.
