Too far away from facilities.Not convenient without transport. Some equipment not clean,not in good working condition.
SGThe unit is very beautiful, and my kids especially love the side astro-turf grass lawn by the side, for playing soccer or just running around. Location is safe and centralised, with close proximity to the beach mall, shopping area and Desaru Fruit Farm. Nice and peaceful gettaway from busy JB area.

There are lots of ants at master bedroom, and the pots are in rusty black and kettle with limescale. These can be improved.

Some paint was peeling; the shower area had no glass door; the towels were quite thin
SGGood to have a house with 4 bed rooms for 11 of us to stay together. House located not too far from town or places of interests.
Some lightings in the living room are not working. A bench by the dining table is rocking badly, may break anytime, posing potential injuries. The staircase surface is slippery smooth with sharp edges. I slipped and fell down 8 steps of the stairs and injured myself badly. Fortunately, no fracture.
