Fishermans flat - River view holiday home

The location was excellent and the beds were incredible comfortable.

Some items of furniture were broken and the washing machine wasn't working when we were there.

Excellent location close to shore front and minutes from wide range of restaurants, bars and shops

Very minor observations e.g. 1 bulb missing from living room light, only 2 wine glasses in a property that could sleep up to 6. And we had to find extra hand soap as dispenser in bathroom was empty. None of these minor points affected our overall stay

Lage ist sehr gut. Gut gelegen am Hafen. Infos zu check in waren gut und richtig.

Für 5 Personen ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, es ist alles sehr eng und die Bilder stimmen nicht mehr mit dem aktuellen Zustand/Ausstattung überein. Bitte reale Bilder einstellen. Es sind nicht genügend Stühle vorhanden, der Esszimmertisch ist krumm und instabil. Das 2.te Doppelbett ist im obersten Stock/unterm Dach, kein eigener Raum sondern im Flur. Dies sollte auch so ausgeschrieben werden. Das Bad ist erneuert worden aber es gibt leider kein separates WC. Keine Spülmaschine, Mini Kühlschrank und das vorhandene Kochgeschirr sollte mal wieder erneuert/durchgesehen werden. Alles in allem i.O. Aber es könnte für den Preis besser sein. Keine direkte river view wie im Titel beschrieben, diese hat man aber von der Straße aus.

The washing machine was broken and not repaired during our stay. The place had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The spaces under the main bed and sofa had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Almost everything. The stairs to the upstairs rooms are very steep but we knew that when we booked it.

The two singles being used made the room very confined. We took a mattress downstairs because of this. Just a suggestion would be to have a sofa bed downstairs in the living area.

Maison pleine de charme, très confortable et cosy. L'emplacement est idéal, on trouve pas mal de restaurants et de magasins dans Broughty Ferry. Le bord de mer est appréciable. Merci à John pour sa réactivité.

I knew exactly where it was, everything was close by. A delight to stay here.
