Location was near harbour it was ok no where to sit outside on a sunny day

The single beds need replacing they were uncomfortable to sleep on the shower wouldn't stay hot so only 1 person got shower in morning there was 4 of us staying there and a draft came in front door no cover on letter box and door was warped u could c day light through it we did complain but nothing was done so would not recommend

Location was perfect. Clean. Everything we needed was there.

Mattresses we could feel the springs, need replaced

Location was perfect for travelling into Edinburgh. Good location for the harbour and high street

Upstairs double bed was very lumpy and hard, not comfortable to us at all. Fortunately as there was just two of us we were able to sleep in the downstairs double bed after the first night. I would also suggest that a washing up sponge/dishcloth is provided to help guests clean equipment and wipe down the work top.. I did find some mugs that had obviously not been cleaned by previous occupants, though a spell in the dishwasher did sort them out. We used the tea towel to wipe down work top.

Close to the sea

Perfect location near the harbour. Clean, spacious and comfortable, with good heaters (really necessary to dry our clothes, as it rained a lot) and very comfortable beds. Huge and comfortable sofa. Not far from the main street, where we could buy groceries at Co-op. Short walk (10-15 minutes) from the station. Dunbar is an amazing place if you like the sea and birdwatching.

It would be very nice to be able to store the luggage before 4pm. Toiletries were listed in the facilities, however it was only shampoo, no shower gel. We were only 4, so enough plates/cups/glasses for us, but probably too few if you are six. Also, no tea towel or sponge, no kitchen rolls etc, and we had to buy toilet paper. All this was not a problem for us, I am merely signalling this for helping other customers with planning.

Location was amazing, right next to the beach and harbour and a few minutes for the main street.

Lovely flat but it it could do with a some new mattresses and a bit of a refresh and it could be amazing

It was spacious, especially so for 2 people but the downstairs bedroom was very small so one of us used the upstairs one to lay out clothes and for occasional sleeps. Liked that it has a downstairs toilet next to the bedroom as well as shower upstairs. Pleasant pastel/neutral decor Good layout of kitchen/dining/living room I appreciated that we booked at very short notice and the house was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. It is a great location; near the harbour and close to at least 2 good restaurants

The key lock box was fiddly to open. The front door needed a hand pushed into the metal letter box to pull it open. Too much effort to get in to the house. The entry hall had no door mat so on a very wet day when we arrived, muddy shoes were already dirtying the hall. Please get a mat, it is welcoming! The flat was for up 6 people; only 2 dining chairs and 2 for the breakfast bar. The TV had no signal so viewing possibilities were limited. I contacted the number given to ask for an extra key (only 1 provided) Received an answer from someone who was to get a 2nd key and they didn't turn up, so no 2nd key. Cafetiere was broken Unusually in a holiday property - no toilet rolls or washing up liquid provided. In our experience these have always been part of the welcome package.
