The Haven

Very quiet complete property close to the main street in Dunbar and close to the harbour. The property is on two floors with a kitchen-living room and master bedroom on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms and a big bathroom upstairs. Electric heating was very easy to use.

The front door was a little tricky to open at times.

The layout & location were superb.

The mattresses are so uncomfortable I had spring marks on my back. I had to sleep on the sofa after trying every other bed.

Location, helpful instructions in the property on how things work etc, where things are. spacious property.

Could have done with basics like oil etc, some items in the house were not clean on arrival.

Excellent location, close to beach and within easy reach of train station. Light, bright property and good to have downstairs toilet.

Oven was dirty - we’re glad we didn’t really need to use it. Not all pillows had protectors on. Property sleeps 6 but only seating for 4 around table and no space really for more, insufficient crockery and glasses for that number to have a wine glass each! Water heater was on but during second shower water started to run cold. Hopefully, these comments are helpful.

Was so homely and bedrooms spacious

Location was great, very close to the beach and the town centre. Apartment had most of the basics, was clean and spacious.

A few details were missing e.g. basic cooking bits like oil, salt; a door mat and bath mat and it felt generally a little sparse. But it was all very functional and worked well enough for our stay.

Accommodation was excellent. Ticked all the boxes and great value for money.

Don't like the light switches outside the bathrooms though it's possibly a health and safety regulation
