"Clean and good location but very rude staff. They will try to findany excuse to get miney from the deposti."

2.0

It was clean and organised. Easy to check in and out.

Staff was rude, floor handle was (probably) already broken and when we tried to open the patio door it fell. Staff was rude when we told them and wanted to charge for the whole cost. Check out time very early. Staff just came in while we were still in the property without knowing in the door or anything.

"Fantastic comfortable house in a great location."

9.0

Great location. Quiet street. Really well appointed. Super clean throughout Everything felt very new! Great kitchen/family room. Nice bathrooms.

No free parking but £11 per day at Parr St nearby. Curtains don’t keep out the light so you’ll wake up early in the summer - blinds would be nice.

"Great for a basic stay but overpriced"

6.0

Very clean property, lots of amenities but not loads of great facilties to cook with ( pans old and worn) not a problem If you won't cook. It is close to the town centre and maybe 30 minutes walk from the train station.

The local area is definitely one of the more unsafe regions in Exeter. Even the taxi driver made a point of dropping us to the door ( worrying when you first arrive). There is a ringbell that is constantly actice and not just when pressed. This was not on the listing or on the website; overall, it's not a problem as I assume for security due to the area but may feel intrusive to some.

OK location, clean, staff friendly. Posted us something we left behind. Quite overpriced for a short stay.

Beds were so hard 2 of us left a few days early - seriously uncomfortable - recommend the owners sleep there for 4 nights to test. Garden a bit of a letdown for a long stay as very baron. Police were always in area and saw them chasing kids in the recommended car park when we arrived.

"Well, appointed comfortable House within easy walking distance of the city"

9.0

We found the house to be absolutely fine, and the location is perfect for quickly walking into Exeter. Thinking back it is very hard to find anything to criticise. On one of the evenings we even cooked at home and there was absolutely everything needed for cooking in the house. The sitting area on the back patio were also very nice and used frequently by us. parking there is a huge public park carpark a few metres away from the house which is perfect and there is always plenty of room to park there

Hard to say. I can’t really say that there’s anything to criticise.
