"Few days rest"

Everything about the cottage was beautiful x Everyone around the town was very friendly and helpful. Lots of beautiful walks and scenery.

We couldn't get into the museum or observatory which was disappointing

This cottage had everything we needed. Was beautiful and warm when we arrived. Easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. And the basket of goodies was a welcome surprise.

"Home Away From Home"

We were in town for our wedding at a nearby venue and the hosts Neil and Kathryn were thoughtful to give us a card and some goodies to celebrate! Appreciate those thoughtful touches in addition to a seamless check in/check out and a well stocked and comfortable place to stay. I wish we could have enjoyed the garden more (including a fire!), but we were there for a short (and rainy) night. It is located a short walk from(10-15min) from the town center which made it easy to go and enjoy a local dinner and breakfast without needing to drive.

"Ideal place for us as a stopper over on a long journey"

Property was spotless. Welcome pack + Teas, coffees etc much appreciated. It was also great to have a bedtroom clock and a kitchen hand towel (very rare now days)

Not keen on downstairs bathrooms (especially as I am getting older)

Very comfortable. Was easy to find , set back from the road at the end of the drive in a quiet location .
