"Cosy cottage close to the CBD"

Great location - within walking distance to the CBD and close to everything we needed. The cottage was tastefully decorated and cosy.

The was only one bathroom & toilet. We knew this when we booked so expected it but a 2nd toilet with 3 adults and a teenage girl would have been beneficial.

"Very comfortable and enjoyable stay"

The location is really fantastic and the beds are very very comfortable. The kitchen is very large with everything we needed and more. My parents enjoyed reading the leaflets and it gave us some ideas of places to go. It was lovely to have parking at the property. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely stay again.

A second toilet would have been nice to have for the amount of people the property holds if I had to pick something.

The house is very comfortable and well cared for. We loved the woodwork and charm of the whole house. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything you might need in the kitchen. Michael was charming and greeted us in person. Communication was pleasant and easy.

The house is on a narrow street and the driveway is a bit hard to navigate but we were glad to have off street parking.

"Faultless stay in Napier."

Michael was very responsive and obliging, meeting us for check in. Cottage well located a few minutes walk from town, seafront and bike hire. Parking provided. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space to eat, chill and play the many games provided. Highly recommended.
