"Gem in a dire town"

Stylish interior, quiet location, not overlooked, good amenities, large tv

Wider area, Nelson is dire. Middle bed noisy creaks, windows need replacing, place is starting to look tired.

"Good"

Good size place, nice location for Nelson. Decent sized back yard. Detached property so nice and quiet.

Shower was stuck on furnace mode so barely tolerable mega hot showers all week. Landscaper/gardener guy would just show up unannounced to do work in the yard in the evening. Master bedroom bed seemed to have half collapsed or something.

"Comfortable"

The living room is super comfortable with a massive tv & great couches. The kitchen is excellent for cooking. Salt & pepper would have been helpful. The double bed is uncomfortable as it’s one of those lift up beds where they slope to the outside, so one of us moved to another room to sleep. The bathroom is very spacious however the shower controls and handheld part are falling apart so a bit of maintenance would be good.

Comfortable, convenient, nice space and nicely equipped, good location.

More attention to detail re cleaning, the main stuff had been done but some had been missed eg crumbs on kitchen counter, cutlery drawer required good wipe over, floor in living room needed brushing. Metal bed in one room was rickety and noisy.

Nice private location and quiet. Good sized rooms and ample storage for clothes and hangers.Plenty of towels.

The bungalow didn't feel very clean.Dust and cobwebs.Bathroom floor and loo didn't look clean.Ended up wiping surfaces and hoovering on arrival.The layout of the bungalow was nice but decor just felt a little tired.Some blinds didn't work properly.Note on oven not to use so only a top oven to cook with and toaster didn't work well.Taps were very noisy when turned on.

"Great price and had great time"

Great tv, great parking, quiet location, good size kitchen

Small things - plumbing needs looked at - when shower is on or toilet flushed the noise from pipes in kitchen is loud and the kitchen tap starts leaking, back garden needs some tlc and a pizza cutter would be handy
