Kelswick Lodge

Location good for our needs on this stay.

First thing you notice on entry is musty damp smell. Front door lock is slipping and difficult to lock/unlock. And gap bottom of door causing draught and door looks like not fully closed. Water & Drain issues. When shower in use kitchen sink tap began running and making loud screeching noise until shower turned off. And it was constantly dripping all the time. Small shower head broken so had to be hand held. Double bed extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and mattress falling under frame in corners of bed.

Very homely and had everything we needed for a three night stop.

The bed in the master bedroom is very hard and it wasn’t comfortable.

Very clean with good fasciitis, loved the front room with an amazing tv, as I’m disabled it was great that the lodge is all on one level with private parking right upto the front door also an added bonus

The only thing for me was the bed in the main bedroom was very low to the ground but we moved into another room with single beds that were a lot higher and extremely comfortable

Very clean and warm

The double bed was dipping down at front right hand side, not comfortable. Maybe need new bed and better mattress. Need shower instead of bath. Too high for disabled person to use. Sorry to complain but we like the property but just 2 problems 🥴 thanks

Warm cosy comfortable bungalow.

Dirty sheets and left laundry

Spotlessly clean. Parking space. All necessary facilities

Sadly I’m disabled so couldn’t manage to get in bath as there weren’t any handles to grip on to
