Lovely accommodation, cosy and spotlessly clean. Everything you would need. Very comfortable bed and linen. Breakfast tray was an added bonus

The location is excellent and we were delighted to find the owner had left us breakfast food and drink which was unexpected. Thank you Marie.

The dawn chorus was very loud at 4.30. The bathroom door also needs some attention to prevent dragging on the nice floor.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you needed. Marie and Tony were very friendly. We used the Smnicketts as a base to tour around this beautiful area including Stokesay, Powis and Bridgnorth. The accommodation was also ideally located for a gentle stroll into Ludlow. We'd stay again.

Nice large living space, comfy bed. Property is only 15 minutes wslk to centre if town.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect peaceful property within a few minutes walk of Ludlow town centre. Contact with the owners was great and we were provided with all the details we needed to navigate to the property and check in. The place is spotless and has everything you need for a very comfy stay. The provision of complementary breakfast items was a lovely surprise and very welcome. The lounge area is very cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely hot shower too and fluffy towels. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. thank you Tony and Maria
