"Oak tree is a fantastic, relaxing cottage extremely well presented and loctaed."

Excellent location and cottage was thoroughly appointed with everything required for a great stay. Host Jenni was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this cottage.

VERY minor negative was the lack of holder for the shower head in the bath of the second bathroom.

A beautiful home and garden in an exceptional beautiful part of the English countryside. A great house with a layout and being equipped to be perfect for our older members of the family to enjoy the New Forest.

Jenny and Ian were amazing from the start. Answering questions I had really swiftly. Oak Tree is really lovely, with everything you need and ample space. The little touches, like the welcome package and sign, really made it feel special. Beds were comfy, the conservatory was a lovely place to sit and read (it rained while we stayed but the sound on the roof was brilliant) the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Really beautiful place and wonderful stay
