La casa è molto curata con attenzione ai dettagli e si nuova ristrutturazione.

unica pecca forse la colazione un consiglio invece di prodotti confezionati qualche prodotto fresco e tipico farebbe guadagnare qualche punto in più.

L'appartement est spacieux, neuf et très joliment décoré. Il est très bien placé près des sassi et on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement pas loin.

B&B a pochi minuti da uno degli ingressi della zona dei Sassi. Presente tutto il necessario per preparare la colazione e anche acqua e succhi di frutti (molto graditi di estate). Per il resto tutto perfetto

The reason that the score is not lower, is that the internet was good and there were some English speaking TV stations (mostly news). The unit itself is fine, just not at all what is noted in the booking form.

If you arrive on a Sunday, the grocery store will be closed. Quotes (from Booking.com description) there are no - Breakfast? – we read reviews & knew it would be bad, but really??? - Bathrobe - Slippers - Landmark view - free on-site parking - City view - Terrace - Safety deposit box - Interconnected room(s) available - Laptop safe - Entire unit located on ground floor The bed was comfortable but is up stairs, in a loft. There is 1 and a half bathrooms. The shower room is off the kitchen. There is no view at all. (Except someone walking through the kitchen, living room and up the stairs in a towel.) The breakfast consisted of food buns (that I have no idea how long it has been there for), 2 containers of milk that were already opened and 1 had gone off. This is completely unacceptable. It is not safe to have already opened containers for new guests, let alone one that is spoiled. As previously mentioned, we arrived on a Sunday so could not replace this immediately. A note on the washing machine claims a €5 for usage. This is not in the Booking.com write up and a washer was one of the main reasons we pick this place. If you are a male over 6 feet, watch you head, shoulders and sit in the ensuite.

This modern apartment is absolutely beautiful. It's a very pleasant, exceptionally clean, and comfortable space. The upstairs loft bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is particularly spacious and lovely. The host is caring and readily available, happily responding to our requests and offering helpful advice. The location is excellent, just a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the Sassi. Free street parking is available nearby. Plus, there's a fantastic pizzeria and a supermarket very close by. Highly recommended!

A lovely apartment just a 5-minute walk from the Sassi. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the owner is super nice and friendly, and there’s a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it!
