Attention to detail thru out the elegant apartment - every area immaculately clean, high quality linens tied with satin bows, same great quality in kitchen essentials coffee maker, pots and pans. Arrived to a huge supply of points of interests, maps, brochures within the area. Safe parking right outside your door. Extremely attentive host - checking on my satisfaction during my entire two week stay.

There was not one single thing they I could complain about

Bedroom upstairs had a normal ceiling height, and a half bath upstairs which I felt was a plus. Central location made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Grocery store across the street.

Too many push knobs throughout the apartment had me pushing them to see what they operated and I was inadvertently turning off the gas, turning off electrical outlets, so it might be easier if they were named.

The house is spectacular. It has everything to make you feel comfortable. Everything in the house is top quality and works perfectly. It has an excellent location in a quiet area and with very close access to the sassi of matera. Antonia, the owner was very kind. I would come back for sure! If you find this place available just take it. Don't hesitate.

We had a wonderful two nights at Antonia's place. It was perfectly located and we could walk to the city centre and the Sassi very easily and quickly. Matera is a magnificent place to visit and staying at Lorenzo il Magnifico will help make your vacation there very special in every way. Antonia is an incredible host! She greeted us so warmly when we arrived and offered advice when we asked. Her home is beautifully furnished and complete with everything you need. The two bathrooms were a bonus as we were a family of 3. We have been to many rental homes now and I can say that this is one of our favourite places! I highly recommend this accommodation and Antonia.

There is nothing we can complain about. We felt very fortunate to find Antonia's place and be able to stay there!

Gorgeous home, very clean and neat, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you might need, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, anything really. Parking available for free on the street with the house, great communication with the host and we received lovely restaurant recommendations:) thank you for everything! It was lovely, i am sad we only had one day.

Everything was wonderful

Everything was the best I have had in italy. The ac worked amazing. The wifi was the best ive had all trip. The directions to get to the place were perfect. The city is amazing and it is maybe a 5 to 10 min essy walk. The washer and dryer worked amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I mean this is better than my place at home almost. I will be coming back. Thank you Antonia for everything.

Antonia is very helpful and contact via whatsapp for all the instructions. Having a great time for my stay! Before arrival, host already shared all the information i need, including all details, key collection and parking information. We arrive a bit earlier, host Antonia is very helpful to offer us early check in !! Host is super responsive. Free parking is available and easy to find. The room is very cozy and clean. Exactly same as picture shown. The location of the apartment is fabulous, within walkable distance to sassi. And convenient store nearby as well.
