handy for city, walkable, but location shown on booking.com map is incorrect by about 500yards!

unfortunately, road works at the main railway bridge meant local Park & Ride service wasn't operating, and to drive into the city needed a long detour.

Good location easy walk into centre

Overall comfortable stay. The flat is well-maintained and host is very responsive.

Quite a few maintenance issues with the flat to - specifically, the radiator in one of the bedrooms was not working properly, and there was water dripping from the ceiling in the living room onto the sofa. However, the host has a good system for visitors to log maintenance issues and they were helpful and prompt in solving the issues. Slightly inaccessible location due to maintenance works currently ongoing on Botley Road but that is out of anyone's control. Hardly any food options around the accommodation, although there were 2 big supermarkets (waitrose and aldi) within 5-10 minutes of walking. The walk to city centre is about 20 minutes...

The pubic transportation as well as taxis had to make a long detour in order to get to and from the city Center. Also we had to call the Airbnb to get cleaning when we are more than an hour after check in time

It had a ver convenient car park at the front door. There was a washer and dryer, with cleaning / laundry liquids provided. Supermarket right next door.

The wifi was terrible. Very confusing process to connect to the wifi, then the wifi didn’t work at all despite saying it was connected. We relied on public wifi in the city centre. The fridge was broken by previous tenants, but when we notified the property manager, they asked us to send a photo of the issue to the maintenance team. 1. That sounds like their job, 2. We didn’t have wifi so we didn’t know this until the next day. The double bed is very small and barely fits 2 normal sized adults. We ended up using the sofa bed, though this wasn’t comfortable either.
