Very friendly and helpful owner, convenient location due to close bus station to Venice, clean, quiet

Limited space; bus from Venice not returning at the the station close to Casa di Joy after 22h but this has nothing to do with the house, we were fine overall

Foarte curat, liniștit, beneficiază de toate utilitățile și este aproape de autobuzul care merge spre Veneția. Gazdă este foarte amabilă și înțelegătoare.

Czysto, mili właściciele, blisko przystanek autobusowy, sklep. Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na 2 noce, aby zwiedzić Wenecję.To był bardzo dobry wybór.

Locația, aflată aproape de supermarket, restaurante, pizzerie, cafenele, statie de transport in comun care face legătura direct cu Veneția. Interacțiunea cu gazdele a fost foarte buna și de ajutor. Mulțumim Tony și Joy pentru organizarea și participarea la evenimentul sărbătorit de familia mea.

Totul a fost ok.

We stayed for 2 nights - 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was clean, location for a family with kids is GREAT (decent playpark round the corner and bus stop to Venice as well).

Very clean and the owner is very friendly

Lovely apartment. Perfect for quick trip to Venice with a nice patio. The bus stop is 5 mins walk, and journey takes around 30 mins to main bus station in Venezia. We never checked time table, but the bus was there everytime. Tickets are sold in magazine stall/shop on the way or CC can be tapped in and ouy, its 1.5€ each way.. Very nice hosts Toni and his wife. He is the main contact and super responsive. Gifted us lovely bottle of wine. Booked taxi for us, helped with any question. Few grocery stores in the area within 1km. Would come again.

The rain first couple of days of our trip 😅 I would pay few euro extra for coffee in the apartment and milk. But Cafe Bar is about 3 mins down the street..
