Beautiful Guest House Kailua Beach

The location is unbeatable

The bed was broken for both of our nights. I’m pregnant and already have difficulties sleeping but that made it even worst. Also I wish there was a shower soap available. My bad for not packing one but I kinda expect nowadays for it to be provided, not a big deal since it was an easy fix with a Whole Foods just 10 min away.

Location, options for windows or AC, wonderful porch, comfy bed. Provides beach towels, coolers and everything we needed.

Just the decorations were quite cheesy and could use an update. For that price we expected better design.

Great hosts. Hosts made everything easy and met us at the property. Helped me out when I forgot the key. This beach here is gorgeous!!

A little odd there isn’t an indoor dining /sitting area but we knew that from the description. The weather is so nice we sat outside all the time and it was perfect.

Netter Kontakt mit Kay per WhatsApp im Vorfeld bezüglich der Anreise/Schlüsselübergabe, hat bestens funktioniert. Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Größe für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Ausstattung der Küche ebenfalls OK, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wenn man sich auch einmal selber etwas kochen möchte. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Insel ebenfalls top !

Das Haus ist sehr warm und es gibt nur einen Deckenventilator und einen tragbaren Ventilator…das hilft nur bedingt. Wir kamen klar aber eine Klimaanlage wäre schon schön.

Location

We were greeted by our very friendly host Kay. The unit is very bright and clean with nice amenities such as a double sink roomy bathroom, galley kitchen with all the appliances you’d need. Access to a washer and dryer and a comfortable king size bed and front porch with table and chairs made semi private with hedge in front of lawn. The location for us was excellent.

It was perfect for us. Others might not like that there is no sofa or comfortable chairs. So TV watching or just relaxing is from the bed. The unit is attached to a house which is also a rental but no one was staying in it while we were there so can’t speak to that. The only thing I’d recommend would be something like a sofa table under the TV or to the right of the bed just to set things on (keys and such).
