Very damp room

The view is stunning, and the place is wonderfully quiet while still being close to the city (15 minutes by tuk-tuk / 10 minutes from the bus stop). The food was excellent, and breakfast varied each day — with toast, butter, jam, and omelette for the Western touch, plus an Indian dish. There are also other good restaurants nearby if you feel like a change. We were looking for a peaceful place to rest away from the hustle and bustle, and it was perfect. There are some beautiful walks in the area, where you can explore cardamom plantations, incredible forests with huge trees, and of course, tea plantations. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended

The only thing missing was an extra blanket or a heater.

Beautifully-kept hotel, gorgeous staff exceptional views. Very nice breakfasts and very helpful staff.

Check in was easy, rooms were good. I didnt find much difference between deluxe and standard rooms. Standard was better. Food was good. Staff were understanding and helpful The location and view was the best thing.

The menu had minimal options Service at restaurant can be improved a little more but nothing to complaint on the staff behavior. They were helpful and understanding Need to cross check on quality of utensils at the restaurant

Great location, awesome views. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast (included in our stay) was very good.
