Nicola's House - Palio

Daire denize çok yakın, balkon manzarası harika. İki çift olarak konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık.

Mutfağa bir kesme tahtası koyulabilir. Bir filtre kahve makinesi de harika olur.

La casa è bellissima, la spiaggia è molto vicina, il proprietario è molto disponibile.

Everything was great- location and appartment. Clean and comfortable.

Parking was available.

The kitchen was not stocked as one would expect. No coffee maker in a house with a kitchen is not acceptable in my point of view. The first ever for me in all the houses we stayed in.

Nicola was really kind to us. The communication was smooth and easy. The location is very good, because there is a beach just on the other side of the road. Our favourite place was the balcony, the view was lovely! It's noisy, because of the passing cars on the road, but if you close the windows everything is fine!

The place is tastefully furnished, but slightly worn down by the passing stream of tourists. It needs a light refresh.

Spacious apartment, there was good wifi, view from the balcony is great, the host was very friendly and answered all our questions, there's free parking right outside the apartment. There is a microwave, oven, fridge and kitchen utensils (only 1 knife tho). There are two separate balconies. A good restaurant right beneath the apartment and a great bakery a hundred meters away. Overall a great apartment that can be even better with some minor improvements. Thank you, Nicola!

-check in was at 12pm but when we arrived then the cleaning lady said it would be ready in 2 hours which was not great. If we knew in advance, we would've made plans but at least the beach is very close. -there are no mosquito nets so at night you can't open a window or door anywhere when it's too hot (but at least the road noise was less that way). -the shower curtain kept falling off but we figured out how to put it back up. -there's no vegetable peeler and cutting board. -there were a couple of wardrobes but are full of things and we had no space to put out our clothes so had to live out of our suitcases for the 4 days we were there.

Lots of space, a lot of amenities, free parking. The host is very gracious. There are two AC units in the two bedrooms. The living room is large and there are two balconies with a very nice sea view.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the toilet bowl, but it was fixed during our stay. Also a bit strange is the check out at 10 AM, I must have missed it in the initial conditions.

Cosy, comfortable, and nice apartment, just above the beach. Very good option for families with children or friends. You can find taverna, delicious pizza below, bakery and minimarket on walking distance. Everything you need for perfect stay in Greece 💙
