We enjoyed the location, it was close to the beach (we just crossed the road), the apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, so we could easily cook. Also, there was a nice view from the balconies.

The ventilation in the bathroom could be improved.

Location is very close to the beach. The house is spacious. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host helps me with additional questions about location of different places in Palio and Kavala.

The appartment is large and clean equipped with everything essential for a holiday. There are two big balconies with table and chairs where we would sit or eat. It has its own entrance, like all the appartment in the neighbourhood. Although downstairs there is a taverna (with good food), it has been very quiet. It is two minutes away from a sandy beach, where kids can swim. We also found more rocky beaches that are more interesting for snorkelling. There is also a very good fishery close by (10 minute walk) that prepares your seafood of your choice; they also have side dishes and salads. There are some stores on walking distance as well.

Although the traffic is not heavy, the sound of wheels on the street is quite high. However, we managed to sleep very well with the balcony doors open.

Great location - near to the beach, with a beautiful view to the sea, easy parking. Nikos responds in a short time and is very hospitable. The check-in and check-out are easy. The apartment has everything you needed for your stay.

The single beds are a little bit broken and uncomfortable.

We are visiting Nicola's house for the third time and we are very happy that the quality has not changed over the years. The host is friendly, polite, and very helpful. The place is at a great location with very easy access and a wide parking lot behind the building. The view from the terrace is also very nice! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I recommend this place for either a group of friends or for a family. Perfect! Thank you, Nikos! :)

The one and only thing is that this time there was no cutting board in the kitchen. 🤔
