Great location, clean spacious, no messing around at all lobby just straight and enjoy your time.

Lovely little location and the flexible facilities were fantastic. The hosts were great on the lead up to the trip and made sure the facilities met our needs. We hope to come back.

Perfect place to stay whilst on a bike tour. Very clean and well equipped

Gavin was really friendly and helpful both before and after our stay, keeping us informed of when our room was ready. He was happy to answer any questions we had and always responded quickly. The room was very large and there was access to a garden at the back. There were good basic kitchen facilities for making drinks and basic meals. We were staying with our baby and both a baby bath and travel cot were provided which was really helpful. Walking distance to Southwold.

We knew there wouldn't be a hob as part of the kitchen facilities, but one in the future would be helpful to allow for a little more self catering.

Very comfortable place to stay. The layout of the lodge was well thought through so a lot of facilities were available in a small space which wasn't at all cramped. High quality fittings and a lovely design. Safe, off street parking. Landscaped grounds with a private outdoor area for sitting out, if it hadn't been raining!

Nothing I didn't like. I would usually like a hob & oven to cook a meal but we had arranged to go to The Harbour Inn and as it was only for one night this worked out perfectly!

Good design especially for those with limited mobility. Spacious Well equipped Easy access to Southwold Car charging points. Comfortable bed

Small issue with shower but quick response from ownwer.
