Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent location, close to Southwold town and beach.The owners were on hand if we needed anything but everything was perfect! We wished we had booked another night!

"Great property. Shame the bed let it down"

Nice modern property. Large walk in shower and nice kitchen and lounge. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink. Not far from Southwold town.

Bed was really uncomfortable and felt like a camp bed.

"A simple room with everything you need"

We had a disabled room so the bathroom was ready for wheelchair etc but we didn't request that. It was ok though

"Excellent"

The room was large with a seating area and a really good kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the WIFI was good. Communication from the owner was excellent. Plenty of parking. We walked into Southwold in about 25 mins. I would advise booking a restaurant at the weekend.

I'm not keen on wet rooms (personal choice) and the shower temperature was difficult to control with poor pressure. Minor issues as overall stay very good.
