Stunning location on Pendle Hill

Fabulous location. Excellent breakfasts. Ease of contacting the hosts Kerry and David. The pick-ups and drop- offs provided by David!

There was nothing not to like.

Best hosts we've ever had by far, incredibly helpful and generous. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and safe due to the stormy weather. Very nice people who run an incredibly clean and picturesque place with great breakfasts

This place is sooooo amazing... that I booked and extra night.. and would have stayed longer if I didn't have a retirement do to go to on the saturday night. Kerry is an amazing holistic therapist.. and I tried auricular acupuncture..and reiki.. and felt absolutely amazing afterwards. David is fabulous and would do anything for you, next time I will definitely utilise the outside fire and star glazing. I was blessed with fabulous weather.

Everything was fantastic. David and kerry were brilliant hosts. It was everything you could want. Clean, warm and a lovely location. They even offered to take us to the pub so we didnt have to drive. Nothing was to much. Everything is provided at the location you could even need. It was a fantastic stay. Me and my partner would stay again without a doubt.

This was our first time staying and won’t be our last! Gorgeous private little space that’s right on the doorstep to some lovely walks. The room is fab and well considered - you had everything you needed. The hosts are exceptional, well organised, beyond friendly and super helpful. We opted to have breakfast and it was delicious. Recommending to friends, family and all who read this.

What a stunning place , from the room to location !. The room is well equipped and well decorated with a good sized bathroom. Kerry and David certainly make you welcome and can’t do enough to make sure your stay is as fantastic as possible . Breakfast was amazing and a great price too. Plenty of beautiful walks practically straight from the door. We will be returning!!
