Great location, beautiful views, jacuzzi is nice. The space itself is cosy.

Sheets and towels were all stained and bath robes were still wet. When we reported this they sent someone with new towels but those also had stains. Plates and cups in the cupboard were dirty, probably because the little dish washer doesn’t work well. These are not major concerns usually, however, at €450 a night you expect much better. Also, we didn't notice before booking that the check-in time isn't until 17:00 - which is very unusual! Then during the booking process they offer an 'early check-in' for an additional €40. All together this simply feels way overpriced, regardless of the cool concept and nice location.

We saw many different ducks and geese. We wanted to relax in nature and enjoy the jacuzzi. We also rented SUP and paddled along the river. Overall, the vacation went well, but there were some moments that caused discomfort. The cottage was in good condition, but unfortunately, it did not feel cozy to us.

1. The staff arrived early in the morning and disturbed our rest. They forgot about the SUP rental and only retrieved the boards late after a reminder. Additionally, they took a long time to find the key, and different people coming into our cottage caused discomfort. 2. Additionally, there is construction noise from across the river that makes it difficult to relax. 3. I would recommend adding a couple of blankets to the cottage for outdoor relaxation. Also, there is a lack of slippers. There are storage issues as well, with very few places to put things. Adding a small folding drying rack would be great since there was nowhere to dry clothes and towels.

The Jacuzzi is amazing, it is an excellent location. Beautiful on the water.

No disappointments.

The boat is really cool, with lots of surprises! Jacuzzi in the rain was a fun experience. Den Bosch is a great city, and the location is not central but pretty close and in a funky interesting area

The “in-app” purchases with the stay were a bit too pushy. It’s fun that there are options to upgrade the stay, but 15 different things are too much!

Everything was as described. The place was nice and cozy. We enjoed the jacuzzi very much.

We found some of the towels and bathrobes already wet.

The code didnt work on the door due to a low battery? took a long time to get in, or out ( as it wouldnt lock on exit either ) Willems remote help was amazing though!
