The host was extremely kind. They guided us to the nearest parking area to the hotel and provided detailed directions from the parking lot to the accommodation. During check-in, they gave thorough explanations and shared very useful information about the main tourist attractions. The location of the hotel is excellent, allowing you to visit all major attractions on foot, and there are many great restaurants and cafés nearby. The accommodation was very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for a family of four. They also provided a simple breakfast with bread, yogurt, fruit, and drinks. Although the accommodation is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone), there are certain time windows (before 10 a.m.) when access is allowed. Thanks to this, we were able to drive directly to the accommodation during check-out to load our luggage.

Very good communication with the host. She met us on arrival to show us the apartment. A very caring person who wanted our stay to be the best. The apartment has beautiful decor with all the necessary needs taken care of. She provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this listing.

Everything was wonderful, the location was perfect! The city is magical.

Tina was warm and welcoming and the cave house was exquisitely furnished and comfortable. We absolutely loved the house and Tina.

The house was perfect, great position, small but fine for a 4 adults happy to share the space. Tina was so welcome and accommodating with home made goods and everything we needed for a breakfast. There was a washer on site which was perfect. We loved everything about it.

The location was in the centre of old town. About 20min walk from the central station. Beautiful cave home that is tastefully decorated by Tina. Its very spacious and spot clean. She is welcoming and spent time to explain the attraction points to us. Restaurants she recommended are also very authentic and nice. She also prepared a lot of food, fresh fruits, pastry from the local bakers. I highly recommend to anyone who is travelling to this beautiful old town of Matera.
