One bath for 5 people. No wash machine detergent. Only dish washer detergent. Kettle was rusty

Nice complete house, close enough to city center, with good space, both inside and outside (including own parking place).

It has a spacious kitchen, cosy living room and nice bedrooms.

The only issue was with the shower. It was hard to control the water temperature.

We loved the quiet location just a quick bus ride away from central Oxford. Good communication with the owner

The house was clean, well equipped and comfy beds. Bus stop at the end of the road to get into Oxford and near enough to the Cotswold Villages so we could drive to them.

Bathroom being downstairs, just would have preferred an upstairs loo but not a big issue. I wasn't keen on just having blinds in the bedroom as the bright sunshine woke me up very early, so I contacted the owners and they came straight away and put curtains up.

The house was lovely, warm and clean and there was milk, tea/coffee and biscuits left for us. The house is in a lovely quiet road and we would definitely stay again. We were also able to leave our car safely parked up on the driveway which was extremely useful. Excellent communication with the host, Nick. We had a lovely short break. Great location on a good bus route into Oxford itself. (the 46 bus from roughly 100 yard from the house, or if you go to the end of the road and turn left and cross over you can get either a 3, 3A or X40). As we had lovely weather we also enjoyed a walk along the river into Oxford. I can highly recommend both the Harry Potter walking tour and the Inspector Morse, Lewis and Endeavour Film Tour. We also visited Blenheim Palace and gardens, which were stunning.
