"Enjoyable and comfortable. But little elements took the shine off"

Good size property. Small outdoor area and good size bedrooms

Down stairs bathroom. Driving to the property we were stuck the wrong side of a bus only " bump" unable to work out how to get to the property we were left to go through it . A situation which could have been avoided if the owner had put some directions in with the key lock detsils

Location and kitchen facilities

Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen. We made sure no food was left out but there were some in the cupboards too. We couldn’t find the “source”/ where they were coming from. Also - if there was some cleaning fluids left it would have been easier to clean kitchen surfaces down (especially after squashing ants). But it was not a major problem and did not spoil our stay. The bins had not been emptied - said in the info that the neighbours put them out? But looks like not for a while - we would have done so if we’d realised.

"Superb"

Everything was provided. Bus stop very close, you're in the center in 5-7 minutes. Confortable beds. All clean. Great communication with the host. Thanks a lot !

the property was very clean, good location, nice log burner, convenient parking.

only one bathroom in the ground floor. you had to walk through kitchen and sitting room to access it.

"Great house, perfect for family"

House has everything you need, towels, bedding, Netflix and even store cupboard essentials. Great location, with easy access to Oxford center via bus. Lovely decor, a home away from home. Especially liked the extra snuggle blankets in the lounge.

There was a slight water leak in the bathroom, making the floor wet. I let the owners know and they looked into it right away. A plumber was needed to fix it but it really wasn't a problem for us, we just avoided the puddle on the floor and were happy to wait for it to be dealt with after we had left. But kudos to the owners for getting it looked at right away.
