"A clean, pleasant property in a quiet area, handy to catch bus into Oxford."

The property was offered in a clean and tidy condition. Great to have ensuites to all bedrooms. Handy location to catch bus into Oxford.

Parking for only 2 small cars, complicated door locks, dishwasher not working properly, one toilet cistern wouldn't fill.

Parking available and enough space for the whole family

Toilet smell in downstairs room disguised with overpowering air fresheners, claustrophobic, layout quite awkward, no terrestrial television channels, garden unsafe and unusable for young kids, grass knee high.

Location, space and rooms. Three fridges!

No Instructions in property, poor response to questions about WiFI, cutlery missing, bad smell in one bathroom, patio uneven and lower garden unaccessible.

"beautiful home, clean, spacious and central with all bedrooms ensuite which is great."

hosts were flexible, available and responsive to times requested.

the dishwasher was filled with dishes on arrival. hence all cutlery was in the dishwasher. my assumption was that it was all clean however it should have been packed away in the cupboards ready for use for the next guests.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. To have all bedrooms with ensuite and bedrooms on the ground floor was a real bonus for us. Great garden space for outside eating etc. very easy for getting into Oxford city centre. Great communication and lovely to be met at the property on check in. Spaces for 2 cars - 1 large and 1 small !

The only part of the house that needs attention is the patio area. There are quite a few uneven slabs that could become a trip hazard. Also the two slabs at the top of the steps have come loose so are pretty dangerous if you didn't know about them. Because of the big difference in levels, our aged mother found it very hard to step down from the kitchen to the outside. An additional step there would be a massive help.
