"Beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location"

Everything. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town with everything at your fingertips. The apartment is large and spacious and tastefully decorated. It is well appointed with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and clean crisp linen. Frederick was a friendly and accommodating host.

A TV in one of the bedrooms was not working. A minor gripe as there is a large TV in the lounge room.

"A dream in Pienza and we will be back!"

The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is big, elegant and really clean and nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. It is right in the center of Pienza, impossible to find a location that good, and after 5 nights we had our place for coffee in the morning around the corner (la posta) and had multiple restaurants, recommended by Frederica to go to. We tried all 3 on the square where the house is between lunch and dinner and loved every single one.

"A unique apartment in the center of Pienza"

The whole apartment is fantastic and simply unique. If there is one thing we missed a little bit, it is a small table by the comfortable sofa by the fireplace where we could put our wine glasses :-)

Everything was perfect.

The highlight of our holiday in Tuscany. Fabulous home that felt like a home with beautiful art and decor. Location was brilliant just around the corner from the main square and lots of fabulous restaurants on our doorstep. Great base to explore surrounding countryside and villages. The host was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family and would love to stay again

Everything was perfect. Yes there is a few flight of stairs but my 86 yr old father managed well.

"Pienza is a jewel.. the apartment was gorgeous"

House was gorgeous and very well appointed. Lots of books. Very beautiful.

The host who met us was very rude. She doubled charged us for the stay and I spent time on the phone with the credit card company straightening it out. She was no help. Otherwise the apartment was wonderful.brautiful location gorgeous and comfortable apartment.
