Great location and very spacious — comfortable beds, air conditioning, large showers. Plenty of space for 3 adults, and right above two amazing restaurants.

The place is actually quite nice and located in the city centre.

We had booked and paid for the place which advertised as a three bedroom apartment but they had closed one bedroom and wanted us to pay extra for that bedroom

This was one of the most beautiful places that I ever stayed. Location, comfort, feel of the home, design of the appartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bad and linen...just perfect!

Perfect. It was in the centre of Pienza, close to the cathedral, square and an excellent cafe. Nowhere was more than 5 minutes away. The host was very friendly and helpful. Before arriving I asked about parking and she advised us. She met us at the accommodation and showed us all the facilities. There was a small error I made in my booking and she quickly opened up the third bedroom and bathoom we needed. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well-equiped. Every detail had been thought of, like lighting, furniture needed, bathroom layout, providing 2 keys - little things, but they do make a difference. It was also very beautiful inside, the decoration and ornaments were lovely, interesting and quirky. Every room and bathroom was different. I stayed with 3 other people who also loved it. Highly recommended.

I liked everything. However, as mentioned in other reviews, it is on the third floor accessible only by stairs. You should be aware of this if you have mobility problems or are unable to carry your luggage.

3 flights stairs to access property and no lift but appreciate building in old town of Pienza!

The flat is centrally located in Pienza, a wonderful destination. We received information before arrival regarding location, map reference and useful tips regarding parking. The flat has everything, is very roomy and stylish. The kitchen and bathrooms are all new and very good looking.

The balcony is small, but with a charming view.
