Beautiful New Luxury Townhome with Private Beach and Swimming Pools

The house was very central for us in Ruskin with what we had planned as a family. The master bedroom contained a very comfortable super king that aided a very good night's sleep with the addition of very good air conditioning. The residence has plenty of room for a family of 4 and the surrounding area of Harbour / Marina added to the vista. With the use of the swimming pool, Gym, and Tikki Bar all available to the temporary residents all added to a fab vacation. Travellers definitely need a car for use in this area.

It was family friendly

The townhome was always hot, and the rooms were not cool.The dishes were dirty had to rewash everything. The private beach was not clean and we had to pay for parking and not clean

The townhouse was lovely and well stocked. The host was great at communications.

The walk to the beach and pool was a bit farther than expected.

Loved the town home. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing.

There was no opportunity to have breakfast out on the property We were familiar with Little Harbor as we had stayed here before, however, for a newcomer they would need the management company to provide them with more information about the properties and amenities

Perfect location. Very responsive host. Well stocked for towels, toilet rolls etc. lots of facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, tvs etc. very comfortable.

We had some initial issues but these were resolved very quickly.
