Park Road Holiday Home - Spacious 3 bedroom house with garden near Edinburgh

Perfect location for what we needed and good value for money. Was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a home from home stay.

Driveway a bit tricky to negotiate but plenty of on-street parking.

Complete 3 bedroom house...fully equipped. 20 min from Edinburgh airport. Lots of free parking in front of the house on the street Free wi-fi

It was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the hosts were very communicative and extremely pleasant, the basket of cereals and snacks was a lovely touch. Great water pressure in the shower. Well decorated and warm. Plenty of towels, a big plus for me. An extremely pleasant stay.

Somewhat dated, the large mat in the living room is quite stained, one bathroom with bath/shower combination.

I have no complaint

Flexibility of check-in and check - out was great. Instructions were clear and concise, and communication with the host was excellent. The bonus of finding some basic store cupboard items (tea, coffee etc) was really appreciated.

We cannot find any fault with this property - it was cosy and warm, well located and ideal for our needs. Thanks to the host for providing this.

The house is lovely, very clean and over all just a really nice property. It’s 25 mins from central Edinburgh. Considering the price of hotels in and around Edinburgh this was a great find.

First off, I apologize for the late review. What a beautiful and charming place! We walked in and felt immediately at home. The house had everything we needed for my entire family (6 people). The house and beautiful garden were lovingly furnished and decorated. The location was a bonus for us, because it was close to the airport and we had to catch an early flight out. Also a small grocery store was located literally around the corner. I can definitely recommend.

Its cleaniness was not good, I wont go into detail but if your having new people in on going give it a thorough clean not a quick go over and only do monthly big clean REALLY...Not worth the money we left on the 3rd day of our 10 day stay found something so much better...
