Park Road Holiday Home - Spacious 3 bedroom house with garden near Edinburgh

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was extremely cosy and I loved the bohemian look of the place. My kids throughly enjoyed it and felt extremely comfortable here. The host had kept toys as well which added to their excitement. I would love to stay here again.

The tv was pretty old. There was a device kept there to make it work like a smart tv but it didn’t seem to be working. It didn’t bother us much as we were not really inclined to watch tv.

Location is fantastic for travelling to and from Edinburgh and exploring local attractions.

This should have been highlighted upfront in Booking. com that it has only 1 bathroom, toilet facilities making it very difficult for a group of 5 adults also without a proper mirror in the bathroom. In my view it makes it unsuitable for a group of 5 adults. Booking.com should filter these out based on such criteria. The third bedroom is really tiny with very little space between the beds and not proper fittings instead a power plug extension cable.

Great location, plenty free street parking, nice layout of the house, good powerful shower, nice welcome basket. All the toys and entertainment for kids was nice and we had all things needed available. Great for visiting Edinburgh and surrounding area.

The cleanliness of the house could be improved (quite some dust some of the less used furniture and don't look under the beds....).

Nice, clean, pleasantly decorated rooms, with playthings for children. The host have been very friendly and helpful. We needed to send our child's toy, which was forgotten in the other hotel to the Park Road Holiday Home. When we arrived the forgotten toy has been already waiting. Thank you!

some hooks for towels in the bathroom or in the bedroom would be very helpful.
