Casa à Porta do Torreão

A whole holiday home! Super clean and everything has been thought of. Easy to prepare food, the best shower I've had on my trip, comfy bed, really quiet street very close to the castle and to restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer. Next time!!!

Great location, easy check in / check out, nicely decorated and thought out house. Excellent facilities, comfortable and clean. Very good value for money

Beware limited hot water when using big rainfall shower.

Excellent location. Plenty of space. Comfortable. Ticked all our boxes. Castle, Cathedral & Museum excellent. Lovely to walk by river. Restaurants, cafes and bar we tried were all what we wanted.

My stupidity in not finding the black out blind till the 2nd night.

A very traditional old home,with plenty of character

Good position near to everything in Silves. No outside space except the pavement! Carried a chair across to sit on. Not the best arrangement. I have no complaints Re the house.

The pillows!

The location was great for visiting the castle, local restaurants and local beaches.

The bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were small and lumpy. The couch was also uncomfortable and the ends kept falling off. There was only one very small frying pan. Another bigger frying pan would be good. It was difficult to get a carpark in the very steep street and ended up parking in the carpark at the end of the street.

Really centrally located in Silves, safe area at night. Beautiful home with great facilities. On a lovely slope but not the hill top; makes stork spotting easy
