The house was absolutely spotless. There was no signs of wear and tare at all. The views were stunning from the rear of the property

Brilliant cottage to stay in

Beautiful quiet location perfect for a relaxing break. Well situated for whitby being only 12 mins drive away. Cottage was very luxurious

The cottage was spotless, well equipped and well laid out to keep dog in your own area. Availability of more dog exercise space.

The decor was rather dark but we have to accept different tastes. Two really small points 1. light switch positioning had strange logic as to which lights switched from where. 2. no apparent TV instructions but I managed.

Beautifully clean, lovely comfy beds and bathroom and shower were excellent

Only tiny point was that it would be great if the handbook had instructions for the TV.. we not familiar with a free view box so found it hard to work out so had to ask Robert to come and show us how to work it..which he did immediately..but would be good to have had in the folder to work out..the folder had great information of walks but we'd have loved some info on restaurants, pubs, takeaways and where the local supermarkets were too..
