The key collection was very easy. The location was great. the rooms were generally clean.

The link that was sent as a part of the welcome suggested the check out time was as 12pm. The email said 10am. Not sure which one was right at the time of leaving. Bit annoying to be honest. How can someone leave at 10am?. The cleaners were there by 10:15am. May i suggest keep the information consistent throughout. The toilets had no toilteries i.e. no handwash in any of the bathrooms. It would be good if they at least provided that or say that in the description so we could have got our own.

The house is very nice. Nowhere to hang towels to dry.

Not even a welcome tea bag. No soap in bathroom. I think I’m used to super hosts.

37 steps up to the property & then 3 floors were difficult for my sister who is awaiting a hip operation & my brother in law with Parkinsons

Booked on behalf of my father and his friend and children. He said "I'd definitely stay there again." Plenty of space, clean, well equipped and really comfortable, and very central. The management company were really good at keeping in touch to see if there were any problems (there weren't).
