Very clean,comfortable, well appointed accomodation. Perfectly big enough for 3 people, everything you needed and more for a fabulous stay. Bottle of wine ,pint of milk and some small cakes as a welcome gift how thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again if in Thirsk

"This was a delightful base for our brief James Herriot themed exploration of the Yorkshier Dales."

Great central location but quiet and peaceful. Beautifully furnished and decorated with a well equipped kitchen. We also loved the box of chocolate biscuits!

Maybe it was user error but we couldn't get bedroom windows open

Excellent location for Thirsk market centre. Excellent communication with the host and the offered us an early check in and late check out which was much appreciated. The house was really lovely with everything we needed and the welcome muffins were a lovely treat :)

We always prefer a kingsize bed but for a one night stay the double was fine.

"Lovely Cottage"

Lovely cottage. This is the second time we have stayed and everything was as lovely as the first time. We now look out for when the cottage is free to schedule visits to Thirsk as we like it that much
