The Old Surgery

A lovely property that is fantastically located for the town of Thirsk; it is a short walk to access all amenities. Fabulous cafes and shops nearby. There is room for parking outside the property; this was accessible by our car (a Kia EV6).

Lighter duvets as when we stopped the weather was extremely hot

Perfect size and location. Good facilities. Comfortable and beautifully styled. Cakes, biscuits and flowers were a welcome touch.

Fantastic place to stay with everything you could need. Located in the centre of Thirsk. Very comfortable beds. Lovely shower. Liked it so much we are going back this summer

Very clean and tidy. Always grateful for any welcoming essentials like milk and cupcakes. Felt very much like a home 🏡 rather than a rental which is rare these days. All the facilities we required as attending our sons wedding at Thirsk Lodge Barnes. Location was fab 👌. Easy to get to and just a 2 minute walk into town with lots of pubs and places to eat. Perfect for what we needed for a couple of nights stay. Loved the decor picked up a few ideas 💡 Thank you Su and Steve

Nothing really...just need to be careful when driving out of the alleyway as a van blocked our view of the road...on one side...so just need to edge out slowly 🐌
