The Old Surgery

Within seconds my wife was in love with the cottage . The cleanliness and quality of the amenities were on a very high level. It's the second time we have visited one of Allison's properties so we knew the standard would be high . The location was perfect for us . We can't wait to visit again and again .

We stayed here this wkend it was just amazing. So clean and cosy. Like home from home.Milk in the fridge and biscuits left for us.x

This is such a cute and cozy cottage! Very close to the downtown area, and within walking distance of all the shops. The cottage itself was clean, warm, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind and accommodating, and provided clear and accurate directions from travel points.

Excellent location, able to walk into Thirsk. Free parking space

Cleanliness could be better, mould in shower, stained tea towels, crumbs in toaster etc. Better cleaning system required. Candles with batteries not working, which was a shame.

The cottage is cosy, beautifully clean, thoughtfully supplied and extremely well located for access to the town sights and amenities whilst still being peaceful. Allison was also warm, kind and very helpful. She was so understanding with my mum who had a difficult journey, got into quite a state and needed help before I arrived.
