Please note that check in is until 8PM. For arrivals after this time, a request must be made in the previous days, the cost is €5 for each hour of delay. Please note that for extra bedlines and towel, a cost of 2 euro for each will be applied. Please note that for using washing machine, a cost of 5 euro for each will be applied. To access the house you have to go up a staircase, there are stairs inside the house. Please note that to access the house and move around inside the property, there are some stairs. The house is located in a limited traffic zone; parking is available at the paid municipal parking in Piazza Massimo, which is less than a 5‑minute walk away. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
