Spacious, clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished.

Spacious living area. Contemporary Furnishings and furniture all to a good standard. Well fitted kitchen and bathroom including lots of lovely towels. Bedding pristine. Generous amount of crockery, glasses & cutlery. Lovely welcome pack.

No lock on bathroom door. Lacked curb appeal: outside paintwork & areas needed attention

The cottage was warm and welcoming with all mod cons, very comfortable living area. Bathroom was good nice shower/bath, also beds very comfortable. Ideal for a family break. Drive to Totnes about 15mins for any shopping etc....

Need a blind on the skylight window in second bedroom. Very small point, the cups/glasses smelt musty in the cupboards but ok after a quick wash. Didn't see any recycling bins, or info about it. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

modern, relaxed decor, very comfortable sofa, and beds. everything we needed including plenty of plates and cutlery all new, coffee maker and all kitchen facilities. lovely garden and seating at the back with far reaching views at front. small field to walk our dog off lead every morning. beautifully refurbished - welcome gift from owners was lovely … will stay again.
