Good location very spacious

Brilliant place . Relaxing . Central . Warm cozy. Great communication

Location was perfect. A 2 min walk to the harbour. Warm and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Quiet area. Little traffic Parking Historical/old Robin hoods Bay just up the road.

No garden but the harbour and beach are a short walk away so it makes up for it.

The location was excellent, very close to local shops, bars, attractions and the station. Three good sized double bedrooms, which was perfect for three friends. And three bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking for one car.

One of the toilets broke on our final night, but we could do a temporary fix, and there were two others in the property.

Cottage was lovely, clean and cosy. Had to call to find out how to light the fire and the host answered straight away and gave us clear instructions and also confirmed there was under floor heating on the ground floor. It's in a very central location, close to the harbour and shops. Very quiet at all hours. A lovely sea view from the top floor bedroom. The baths a huge!

Nothing against the cottage, but I'd be conscious of the steepness of the streets to get up / down to the town, harbour and shops. I was travelling with my elderly mother who struggled with the hills, however, there is plenty of free disabled parking in the town and on the seafront, so we opted to drive down

Location was fantastic. Lovely cottage. Felt like home from home.

Only things which would make it better would be brighter light in bedrooms and blackout curtains.
