Aspecto exterior da casa e localização no meio do campo, super sossegado.

Falta de solução térmica (tivémos que comprar uma ventoinha para podermos dormir).

Á nossa chegada às 17h ao alojamento a limpeza ainda estava por fazer a com toalhas dos anteriores inquilinos espalhadas pelo chão do quarto.A roupa da cama aínda não tinha sido substituída.Tivemos de esperar duas horas para ser feita a limpeza e mudança de roupas,só nos conseguimos instalar as 19:30 quando o check-in tinha início às 12h O atendimento foi por telefone sem saber com que estava a falar. A localização e os acessos eram medíocres e feitos por terra batida. O duche tanto era água quente como fria. Não tinha condições para fazer um jantar,dado que não tinha fogão,apenas um bico eléctrico. O frigorífico estava desligado e só já perto das 0:00h é que conseguimos ter algo fresco.

Não tem ar condicionado, apesar de nesta época as temperaturas na Beira Baixa rondarem os 40 graus. Insuportável! Desistimos da estadia, não ficámos na casa e procurámos outro alojamento na área. Péssima experiência também no acesso ao local e ao quarto, através de uma escada bastante íngreme

We returned as we had such a lovely experience last time. The place was basic but I took it as an authentic Portuguese place. When we arrived the cleaner had not been but I didn't complain as we love the location and offered to clean myself despite the mess etc. I am now shocked at the rudeness of the host once we have left...

I have been accused of leaving the place in a mess despite cleaning before leaving. The host has made a complain and threatened to call the police. As I have been so laid back and not complained about anything lacking it has left a bad taste in my mouth. The other reviews for this place were so bad and stated the host was rude. I didn't understand why but now I see that he is a difficult and untruthful person. I bought an umbrella and some other useful items for guests to use so hopefully the next guest will enjoy this. The host should perhaps take responsibility and fix the necessary things in his house before renting it out further. Not all the guests will be as easy as I have been.
