Spacious, convenient location. A comfy home. Facilities were good.

Larger cooking pots and frypan would’ve useful.

Clean, modern design and comfortable

Property is close to the ferry at Scrabster and provided a place for myself and three others to stay comfortably.

The WiFi did not work, nor did the toaster. It would have been good to have a pot to make coffee in. There was no bin in the bathroom.

The location and size of the property was ideal and could sleep up to 6 people. The property had a large drive, which was great.

The chair legs in the conservatory were broken. The bottom oven didn't work. The dishes weren't clean. The bed springs were worn. The bed sheets had small holes in them and may not have been cleaned before our arrival. With all the problems above, we were expected to thoroughly clean our dishes after use and organise the sheets for the cleaners even though this wasn't done for us.

Clean and spacious.

The bedding. It would make a big difference to the stay if an investment was made into new (and more) pillows, sheets, quilts and quilt covers. A hand rail for the stairs would also be helpful (my elderly mum was with us).

The property is conveniently located to the town centre, supermarket and other amenities. It is an excellent choice for those on the NC500 who want a bit of space that some B&Bs don't offer. Having an entire house with three double beds, excellent kitchen / dining / living space is a boon. Lots of off street parking at the front of the property, certainly ample for three motorcycles. Good communication with the host who was available and answered any queries promptly.

Covid has been and gone and with hindsight seen to be a lot less of a threat than it was presented to be. I'm not sure that the leaving procedures are necessary and equating them to covid is questionable.

Well renovated property with 3 good size double rooms. Good communication from the owner for our short stay and lovely to have access to tea, coffee and sugar plus bathroom supplies.

Only 5 dining chairs in the conservatory and lounge could have done with an additional seat use the window for groups. We managed without a problem just had to move some chairs about.
