The location and the set up of the house.

Basic

Not a great area

Easy to find. High spec interior. Spacious. Good parking. Warm. Great shower.

No hooks to hang coats in hallway or cloakroom area. Mattresses not too comfortable . Only 1 pillow per guest. Duvets and duvet covers not great quality and rather thin.

Very nice property very clean and modern

The beds and the bedding could do with renewal also we had motorbikes would have been better if we could have stored them round back of property a wee ramp is all that’s needed

The house is large and decorated in a modern style. There is a back garden that would be a nice place to relax in good weather. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern. Everything was clean and neat. There is also a nice driveway with room for two cars.

Perfect for a group of bikers doing the nc500 and looking for some Home comforts for a night.

Everything . Plenty of space , very clean , everything we needed

Security light not working at the back and as we couldnt get the front door to open , we had to use the back which was very dark and there was a step.

Location - close to shops (local shop 3 mins walk, Lidl 5 mins walk and Tesco short drive), beach, town etc. House had everything we needed. Shower is excellent.

Getting heating/hot water on initially. No banister on stair - be careful as one of our party fell. Need bulbs in certain areas of the house.
