Located right in the town centre, we found this accommodation to be really excellent in terms of space, facilities, charme and very friendly owners.

Owner offered an alternative property due to scaffolding being put up on the outside of the building. Very good host and he discounted price which we were grateful for, just a pity we didn't get to stay where we booked.

Alternative accommodation had very dirty floors, my socks turned black on the bottom! Bed squeaked and the shower ran hot and cold.

We were amazed at how spacious it was. Every facility you could wish for. Great location. There were stairs but not too many to climb.

Really nothing at all. Perhaps fresh towels after a couple of days but I was able to wash in washing machine.

Apartment is clean and well equipped, the addition of a terrace is a real bonus. The location is right in the centre of town. There is a fantastic morning market less than two minutes walking distance selling fresh local produce, delicious fruit and vegetables. Butchers and fish shop also near by and a supermarket for essentials and wine just a few more minutes away. Great location for visiting Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana with Villa Adriana just a short local bus ride. Some great restaurants in walking distance too.

Small point but just a shelf in the oven and a little more kitchen space but that's about all.

Very much like it

It was a very spacious, super clean apartment and exactly as advertised. The hosts Pietro and Alessia were very friendly, welcoming and waited patiently for us to arrive as we were running late to meet them. They answered all our questions and shared lots of great tips about the area (sightseeing and dining options). They are were quick to respond to any questions we had while we stayed there. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the apartment very much and often sat outside on balcony/patio every night and listened to the church bells near by. The location is perfect as it is close to everything and within walking distance. The apartment is on a quiet and safe street, as we often walked at night for a drink or ice cream. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this very nice property and would love to come back and spend more time here.

It is difficult to find parking as it is a very small street with no parking at any time but we were informed of this in advance and Pietro and Alessia were very kind to help us with this.
