"Wonderful, just what you want when you take a break."

Lovely location. So much better than a hotel. Quiet at night and only 15 minutes from Totnes, pretty much a straight shot too. Beds were so comfy, great tele, well equipped kitchen, and the third floor bedroom with it’s ensuite is just luxurious. We are coming back.

The door locks are a bit of a faff but you get used to them.

Beautiful property & lovely view in a very quiet spot. I would definitely stay there again. The owners had thought of everything anyone would need for a holiday. Clean and welcoming. Loved it !

The parking area needs some gravel put down. After heavy rain it was very claggy with huge puddles. We had to put our walking shoes on to get to the car to go to a wedding.

Lovely cottage with comfortable furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen. Fabulous little touches with the Prosecco, Nespresso and biscuits.

Needs some final finishing touches such as hooks in the shower room and bathroom for clothes etc, waste bins in bedrooms. Couldn't find an information book about thd cottage and facilities but all of these are minor and would not deter me from booking this cottage again.

The location was so peaceful with beautiful country views, and we were given clear instructions for how to find it. The house was attractively decorated and furnished inside, and equipped generally with all we needed including fans. It had been well cleaned inside. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 1 child.

The duvets were 13.5 tog and rather too warm and heavy for summertime.
