Fantastic equipment, we did not need to buy anything other than our food. Clean. Spacious. Great garden area. Quiet.

The bunk bed needs a bit of maintenance as it wobbles quite a lot. Top floor floating floor noisy. In the moment one of us was walking it would awake the rest.

Location was excellent. Just a few minutes to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the local shops Well equipped kitchen with everything needed for a short stay

Would have preferred a bit of grass in the garden for the dog

Superb location for the beach and everything Bracklesham and the Witterings has to offer. Spacious and comfortable property with great facilities.

Beds a little soft, need blackout curtains in back bedrooms and a few more utensils in the kitchen such as potato peeler, sharp knives.

The house was better than we expected. So comfortable and near to the beach. We were sorry to leave, it just wasn't long enough. We would love to go again

The weather. So windy but the house was very warm.
