Holiday house within 5 min walk from Bracklesham Bay beach

Lovely location, house has everything you need for your stay with fully enclosed back garden for the dogs to enjoy.. There are board games provided and a really nice local Chinese for a night in. Plenty of places for dog walking lovely beach. Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Perfect little safe enclosed garden for our dogs.

Minor point but I think someone forgot to leave us towels for the toilet, bathroom and kitchen, and there were also no tea towels or oven gloves. We also couldn't get the dishwasher to start and couldn't find a manual to determine why it just kept making odd pump noises but not washing.

The beach and sea were such a short walk. The house has everything you need, for a comfortable stay. The garden was great for Parker, we were there the hot week and there is sun and shade in the garden. The house looks much nicer than the photo's. I loved the milk frother, I bought one when I got home. The Pond Barn is about 6 mins walk, do a lovely Sunday lunch.

A home away from home in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. There are shops and takeaways a short walk from the house. East Wittering is half an hour walk along the beach and West Wittering one hour. Such a beautiful area to explore.

None of our group slept well during our stay due to the ineffective blinds. An eye mask is essential if you don’t want to be woken at dawn. The shower cubicle is cramped and even children found it a struggle to wash. The house could do with a deep clean (smelled of dogs) and some maintenance like fixing blinds, replacing light bulbs, kettle descaling, freezer defrosting, bleaching the sink, fixing of towel rails, door lock and doorbell.

The house was really spacious and had a great vibe with the artwork and decorating. The location of the house and the locality of Bracklesham was great.

Perfect location, 3 minute walk to beach. Very peaceful area, had the beach to ourselves majority of the time. Secure garden for our dog to chill

A two minute walk from Bracklesham beach, which on the right evening gives you an absolutely stunning sunset. And only 10/15 minutes’ drive from West Wittering and Chichester respectively. The property was a comfortable size for three adults, a toddler and a baby. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a supply of essential cooking ingredients. Plenty of space for parking two REASONABLE sized cars (not 2x unnecessarily large SUVs). Owners quickly responded to a message upon initial arrival.

It’s not a negative but just to be aware it’s a relatively new-build property so typical of the type the walls are fairly thin.
